On our way from Sydney to Stockholm, we thought we’d take a detour via a small remote island to surf and explore the unknown for a bit.
With a massive typhoon warning for the area, we found this paradise with some solid 8 ft waves the first day easing down to some less “hairy” top to bottom barrels for the time we stayed. This is Siargao island of the Mindanao province in the Philippines.
